Service Description: Map service used for TRAKiT feature services to load data into GeoTRAK. This map service is used in daily updates. Do not delete this map service or move into a different folder. Do not delete any of the feature classes or change the ordering of the layers in the table of contents as it will change the service level IDs and result in errors with GIS/GeoTRAK update routine. If new feature classes are added to the map, add them to the bottom of the table of contents (will assign the highest/largest service level ID and not renumber the other service levels).
